Soul rebel: TONY Q, Rastafaras with Good Deeds
The restless crowd cheered two performers in last night’s UPC’ (Urban Poor Consortium)’ s open concert for the upcoming general election at Taman Fatahillah, Jakarta Barat. As Dodo, the master of ceremony frequently told young audience “Hentak Rasta Mengubah Indonesia, Tolak Politisi Busuk” (Rhythm of Rasta Changes Indonesia, Reject Rotten Politicians) the first performer, Surip Rasta entertained us with his satiric fashion on politics, daily gossip, and of course, a guitar.
..finally…the famous Rastaman, Tony Q hit the stage! and the crowd cheered for more songs.
..and attracted us with his words, guitar rhythm, and unstoppable reggae beat!!!!!
..peace be unto you
more, Tony Q!
Peace!
